How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you know you want it, especially for Saturdays from May to September. We can often help with weddings a few weeks away.
Is it easy for guests to use?
Very. It switches on when you open the screen and the red button starts recording. Guiding stickers and a QR video tutorial are on the camcorder.
Will it pick up our vows and speeches?
The built-in microphone is great within a few metres. For crystal-clear vows, add the £39 wireless clip-on mic.
Can guests add their phone videos?
Yes. Every box has a QR card. Guests scan it to upload phone clips straight to your gallery, and our editors can use them in your film.
What if it arrives faulty?
Every kit is tested before it leaves. If anything's not right, tell us straight away and we'll send a replacement by the fastest courier, at our cost.
What if it gets lost or broken?
Tell us within 24 hours. Everyday scuffs are on us. Accidental damage is charged at the repair cost, and loss or theft at the replacement cost, never more than £650 per camcorder. It's all in section 6 of our rental agreement. Many home insurance policies cover items you hire, so it's worth checking yours.
Can we choose the music?
Tell us your mood and songs you love. We use licensed music so your film can be shared online without being muted.
Do you cover destination weddings?
We can send kits to most of Europe by arrangement. Send us your venue and dates and we'll quote.
